About Us
Ms. LaShriee House is a native of North Carolina that studied and graduated from Esthetics in 2007. She is a mother of two beautiful children, and they supported her throughout her business career. Her passion for building confidence and enhancing beauty led her to open her business in 2012. Her experience in aesthetics became more than facials, hair removal, and make-up application. Ms. House's advancements led to certifications in permanent make-up, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, electrolysis, body contouring, tanning, and more. In 2013, Ms. House was awarded the S.W.A.N (Stanly County Business Woman Award) for her accomplishments.
In August 2013, Ms. House opened Innovative Aesthetics Skin Care to expand her services to the community. With her dedication to making women and men feel confident, she added more services to enhance their beauty. Ms. House understood that being a black-owned business would have obstacles and competition, but she offered affordable and professional services to rural and city communities. While the company grew, Ms. House knew it was time to bring on an excellent team member that would provide additional services. In 2021, Akeenyjah McLendon became part of the team. Ms. McLendon's passion for health and wellness offered experience in natural skincare, teeth whitening/gems, and hyaluronic lip filler. Ms. House knew having a solid team would only lead to bigger goals and a larger territory. As she navigates in business, she is working on instructor’s certification to teach others health and wellness. She believes that nothing is impossible if you put God first and follow the vision in your heart.
